Terms of Use

By downloading, installing or playing Dawn Leap ("the game"), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

The game and your account

The game may be played without an account. If you link a sign-in provider (Google Play Games, Game Center, Google or Apple), you are responsible for keeping that sign-in secure; we identify you by the provider's own identifier and never see or store your provider password.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the game for your own non-commercial entertainment. The game, its characters (including Agent L), artwork, music and code belong to FlyFort or its licensors.

Virtual items and purchases

• In-game currency, items and cosmetics ("virtual items") have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred outside the game, and exist only for use within the game.
• Purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their own terms and payment methods; refunds are handled through the store you purchased from, subject to that store's policies.
• We may adjust, discontinue or rebalance virtual items, and may reverse a grant obtained through a chargeback, refund or fraud.

Ads

The game shows ads, including optional rewarded videos. Rewards are granted after the ad network confirms the view. Ads are provided by third parties described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: cheat, exploit bugs for unintended advantage, use unauthorized third-party software (macros, bots, memory editors) to interact with the game, resell or trade virtual items outside the game, reverse engineer the client or backend beyond what applicable law allows, or use the game to harass other players.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these terms, including reversing virtual items obtained through cheating or a payment reversal. You may stop playing and request account deletion at any time — see Data deletion.

Disclaimers

The game is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the game.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the game or applicable law changes. Continued play after an update means you accept the revised terms.
