This policy explains how Flyfort Technologies ("Flyfort", "we", "us") handles personal data when you visit the website flyfort.tech and its language versions (the "website") or contact us. The website does not require an account, and we do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on it.
Each of our games, apps and other products has its own privacy policy describing the data that product processes. For example, see the Dawn Leap Privacy Policy.
Data we process
- Technical data. When you load a page, your browser sends standard request data — such as your IP address, browser type, requested page and time. Our hosting server and Cloudflare, which protects and delivers the website, use this data to serve pages and to keep the website secure. We do not use it to build profiles of visitors.
- Messages you send us. When you contact us by email or through a form on the website, we process the details you provide — such as your name, email address, subject and message — to answer you.
- Newsletter. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address only to send it. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Job applications. If you apply for a position, we process your CV and the information you send us to assess your application.
Cookies and local storage
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The website only stores small preferences on your device:

Embedded videos and external links
Product pages may show YouTube videos. Until you press Play, only a preview image is shown, served from our own server, so YouTube receives no request from your browser. When you press Play, the video loads from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and Google’s privacy policy applies. Links to app stores and social networks take you to services governed by their own policies.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with service providers that host and protect our website and email (including Cloudflare), to the extent needed to provide those services, or when required by law. Some of these providers operate internationally, so your data may be processed outside Vietnam.
Retention
We keep messages and job applications only as long as needed to handle your request or the recruitment process and any reasonable follow-up, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw your consent, or object to its processing. Email support@flyfort.tech — we may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority.
To delete data held by one of our products, follow that product’s instructions — for example Dawn Leap data deletion.
Children
The website is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS and we take reasonable measures to protect the data we process. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
